Keep Bing Hotlink toggle on every export and upload. When enabled, downloaded Bing images are rewritten back to their original hotlink URLs so the published post uses the source image directly.

Per-image Bing provenance is now saved alongside each article, so restoration is instant and accurate. Articles generated before this release fall back to re-searching Bing by alt text.
